Cheddar Cheese, .25 cup, diced
Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped
Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 tbsp
Mushrooms, cooked, 2 tbsp
Butter, salted, 1.5 tbsp

Here is how you make Ham and Cheese Omelet w/veggies:

Melt part of butter in a non stick skillet. Saute onions, peppers and mushrooms 2-3 minutes or until onions and peppers are softened. Do not let brown. Remove from pan. Beat eggs and water together. Add the rest of the butter to the skillet and let melt. Pour the egg mixture in the pan. Let set. Put the onion mixture on top of the egg mixture, add the ham and top with cheese.
