Preheat oven 160'C. Line a large flat cookie tray.Mix all ingredients into a medium sizes bowl.Heat honey until runny ( about 15-20 in the microwave.) Pour honey over dry ingredients, mix through well.Spread over lined tray. Put into oven bake 20-30minutes until it feels dry. Stirring every 5 minutesto prevent burning. Time may vary.Don't let the muesli burn! Cool on the tray. Keep in airtight container.Serve with lowfat milk or yogurt, add nuts or dried fruit. 8 half cup servings.
