Here is how you make Broccoli and Apple Slaw:

In large bowl, combine slaw mix, apples, and green onion.In small bowl, whisk mayonnaise, vinegar, and agave (or honey, if preferred) until smooth. Mix in celery seed. Pour over slaw and mix until all slaw is covered with sauce. Let stand in refrigerator for an hour prior to serving (lets the slaw absorb sauce).
