Here is how you make Low Country Boil:

Food Preparation:1. Wash the crab legs and shrimp. Remove the heads from the and leave their skin and tails on.2. Cut the potatoes in half.3. Cut the sausage into 1inch pieces.4. Remove the husks and silks from the fresh corn and break the ears in half.5. Cut the onions into quarters6. Cut the lemons in halfCooking Preparation:1. Fill a large cooking pot with 2 gallons of fresh water.2. Add beer if desired. I prefer fresh spring water to guard the taste of the seafood.I have never noticed beer actually making a difference in taste.3. Bring the water to a boil. 4. Add the Old Bay Seasoning to taste.Cooking Method:1. Add potatoes and onion to the boiling pot and boil for 10 minutes. 2. Add sausage. Boil for 5 minutes more. 3. Add the corn. Boil for 5 minutes more. 4. Add the shrimp and lemon. Boil for 5 minutes or until the shrimp has turned pink.5. Drain the pot.6. Cover a table with a white plastic table cloth and then cover it with a thick layer of newspaper.7. Dump the pot out on top of the table.8. Sprinkle a little Old Bay Seasoning over the food and drizzle with melted butter.
