Combine sugar and yeast in warm water.Add Salt, Oil, Spent Grain, and 1 Cup of Flour. Mix Well. Stir in remaining flour until it makes a stiff dough.Kneed well. Cover and let rise until doubled. (2 hours or so)Punch down and shape into 2 loaves. Place on greased baking sheet. Cover and let rise until doubled.Bake a 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
