Here is how you make Peanut Butter Trail Bars:

Combine cereal, raisins, sunflower seeds and chocolate chips (optional) in a large bowl.Combine honey and Splenda in a medium pan; heat over medium heat 3-5 minutes until a rolling boil forms. Boil for 2 minutes. Add peanut butter and vanilla; stir until peanut butter melts.Pour over cereal mixture. Press into a 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan. Refrigerate until cool.
