Here is how you make Amanda's BBQ Chicken:

Makes 6 chicken pieces.Mix first seven ingredients in a gallon storage bag. Add chicken, seal, and toss to thoroughly coat chicken. Although marinating is not necessary, the chicken will taste better if you do! I try to let mine sit for a couple of hours before cooking. Grill over med-high heat 4-5 minutes each side. Baste with BBQ sauce on both sides, and remove from grill promptly so that the sauce doesn't burn.
