Mix Soy Sauce, Vinegar, Honey, Lemon juice and garlic. Cube chicken and add to marinade. Let marinate for 2-3 hours. If using wooden skewers place them in water to soak so they don't burn during cooking. Once chicken has marinated skewer chicken with slices of onion.
