2 Cloves Garlic, minced

How Do I Make Chicken Skewers?

Here is how you make Chicken Skewers:

Mix all the liquid ingredients and add minced garlic. Cube the chicken and add it to the marinade. Leave for 60 minutes up to overnight. I pre chop the onion and store it so that when I am ready to skewer and cook there isn't too much clean up. If you are using wood skewers be sure to soak them in water so they don't burn when you cook them. When you are ready to skewer put chicken and onion (or whatever other vegetable you prefer) on the skewers. Broil approximately 6 minutes on each side (turning once).
