1, 4.5 oz can of chopped green chilies
1 cup salsa
1 tsp sugar

crushed red pepper
cayenne

How Do I Make Chili Con Carne?

Here is how you make Chili Con Carne:

In a large pot, heat olive oil on medium heat, making sure to coat the bottom with it. Add the onion and bell pepper and cook until onions are translucent. Add ground turkey, making sure to crumble it with your cooking utensil as it cooks to make small bits. Cook for about 8 mins, or until the turkey is cooked. Add seasonings, diced tomatoes, kidney beans, green chilies, salsa, sugar and water. Bring to a boil, then turn on low and cover. Let simmer for about an hour and a half.
