By doing it in this order you can keep the fat down because you don't have to add oil. After meat is cooked and veggies have softened (about 10-15 min) add the tomatoes with the juice, stir and then rinse and then add the beans and the 3 pepperocinis and a tbsp of the juice. Cook on med/high for 1 hour with lid on and stir occasionally.
