1 tsp. celery salt
1 tbsp. sea salt
1 tbsp. black pepper
1 tbps. crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp. smoked paprika
1 tbsp. minced onion

Saute the garlic, onions, peppers, and tofu with the olive oil until all are tender/cooked.
