Drain and rinse the can of chickpeas then place in microwave safe bowl, microwave the chickpeas for about 1 minute or until slightly soft, using a potato masher or a fork mash the chickpeas till mostly smooth, add 1/4 cup honey, 3-4 Table spoons of cocoa powder, vanilla, and dash of cayenne pepper, stir together till all ingredients combined.
