Here is how you make MarkNJayde's Grilled Onions:

1. Heat gas or charcoal grill to medium.2. Peel onion.3. Cut into small wedges and place on skewers. If you are using bamboo skewers remember to soak them for 30 minutes before hand.*4. Brush with EVOO and sprinkle on seasonings. 5. Place on grill over indirect heat so they don't burn.6. Cook turning frequently for 10-20 minutes depending on the grill temperature and how large you cut the wedges. 7. Remove from skewers and enjoy. If not using immediately allow to cool then place in reusable storage device or even just a baggie. They last in the fridge for up to one week. Makes 4 servings. * You can also skip the skewers all together if you have a vegetable grill basket just spray it with a small amount of Pam first.
