Here is how you make Sundrop Fruit Pie:

Peel and slice peaches and mango. Add blueberries. Pour 1/3 cup Whey Low over the fruit and let the juices dissolve the sweetener.In a saucepan combine Sundrop, cornstarch and remaining Whey Low. Add juices from fruit. Cook until thick and translucent. Let cool completely.Mix with fruit and pour into baked pie shell. Chill for several hours.
