Peel and take the seeds out of 1 large cucumber. Dice in large bite size chunks. Chop 3 small tomatoes into bite size chunks. Large slice/chop 1 small red onion into thin pieces. Drain 1 large can of black olives. Can slice them, I leave whole. Pour on 1 cup of good Greek salad dressing. I like Ken's steakhouse. Gently stir and let sit in fridge to marinate.
