Here is how you make Fresh Veggies Pasta Salad:

Cook pasta according to package directions (omitting oil and salt). Meanwhile put the remaining salad ingredients into a large bowl, set aside. In a small dish combine the dressing ingredients and whisk until well mixed, set aside. When the pasta is done, drain and rinse with cold water. Add the cooled pasta to the rest of the salad ingredients and stir until well mixed. Pour the dressing over the salad and stir until well coated.
