3 Poblano Peppers Roasted, Skinned & Sliced

How Do I Make Steak Taco?

Here is how you make Steak Taco:

Marinate steak in marinade ingredients for up to an hour (at least 1/2 hour). Roast peppers (on grill at high heat or on gas stove top) until skins are evenly blackened. Cool in zip top baggie for 15 minutes. Remove skin, seeds and stem.Slice avacado, dice cilantro and crumble cheese. Set aside.On high grill cook flank steak to desired doneness. It usually takes about 4 minutes per side. Let rest between 2 plates for 10 minutes before slicing.
