Here is how you make Mock Peanut Butter Ice Cream Sandwich:

Stir in 2 Tbsp of the PB Fit into the 8oz tub of whipped topping, mix well. Spread about 2 Tbsp of the whipped topping on 1 graham cracker then add second graham cracker to top to make a sandwich. I put the sandwiches on a cookie sheet as I make them. When you use up all the whipped topping put sheet in the freezer for a few hours or until topping sets.
