Here is how you make Vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter bars:

Peanut layer - using a mixer combine the powdered sugar and crushed graham crackers. Add the peanut butter, butter sub, and the water and blend for 1 minute on med. speed. Press the mixture into a foil-lined 8x8 square or 9x9 square pan (I prefer the 9x9). Choc. layer - in a microwave safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and butter sub. Melt for 30-45 seconds, and stir. Remove from the microwave. Go slowly - do not burn.Spoon the chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
