1/4 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
1/3 cup Splenda
1/3 cup Brown Sugar
1 Medium egg
1 tsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
3/4 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Here is how you make Chocolate Chip Cookies (Low-Calorie):

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grind oatmeal in blender or food processor until flour consistency. Transfer to a medium bowl and stir in flour, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl with an electric mixer, whip butter until fluffy. Add butter, applesauce Splenda, brown sugar, egg, vanilla and oil. Mix until smooth and creamy. With the mixer running, add in the dry ingredients beating on low speed until just combined. In blender or food processor grind the chocolate chips into small pieces. Add this to the cookie dough and mix until just combined.Drop in flat tablespoon servings onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until the tops are golden. If the cookies have a tendency to flatten, put the dough in the fridge between baking.
