Brown Sugar, .66 cup, packed (remove)
Granulated Sugar, 2 cup (remove)
*Margarine, soft, .5 cup (remove)

Here is how you make Chocolava Cookies - Chewy chocolate cookie:

Mix together the cocoa, flour, white sugar and brown sugar, baking powder and salt. Use your fingers to make sure the brown sugar is broken up and incorporated well. Using a fork or your hands incorporate the margarine (I use becel) into the mix so it is crumbly. Add eggs and mix well Then add the chopped walnuts. Shape (squeeze) dough into balls. I flatten them slightly, then roll the tops in the powdered sugar. Bake on cookie sheets sprayed with baking spray for about 12 minutes. Do NOT overbake. They should be set and just a bit firm on the sides. They will remain chewy like a brownie when cool.Serving Size:?Makes 54 cookies
