1/4 cup butter, room temperature
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 package (8 oz) semi-sweet baking squares, coarsely chopped

Yield: 36 cookies1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees2. Melt chocolate chips in microwave safe bow, stirring every 30 seconds.3. Add sugars, butter, eggs and vanilla into the melted chocolate immediately (while still warm); mix until butter is melted.4. Combine flour and baking powder in large bowl; whisk. 5. Add melted chocolate mixture; stir until combined. Add chopped baking sqaures.6. Drop by tablespoon full onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes for soft middles or 12 minutes for crispy cookies.7.
