Here is how you make Micha's Chocolate No Bake cookies:

Melt Sugar, Stevia, milk, butter and cocoa powder in a sauce pan and bring to boil. Take off stove and add peanut butter and vanilla extract then add instant oats. Stir well, then use two spoons to drop onto wax paper and flatten slightly. Let cookies harden or put in frig until ready to serve.
