Combine flour,cocoa,baking soda, and salt in one bowl. Beat butter, brown sugar,granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy. Add eggs and continue to mix. Gradually mix in flour mixture. Stir in morsels. Drop by rounded tablespoonful onto baking sheets. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 8 to 10 minutes (less time if the baking sheets are dark).
