Mix all the wet ingredients in one bowl. Mix all the dry in another. Add the wet to the dry and bring together with your hands (I used my stand mixer, but all my cookies just melted into each other in the oven, so maybe if you do it by hand this won't happen???).Scoop into golf ball size balls and slightly flatten with your hand on baking sheet.350F for 8-10 min.
