Butter an 8 inch baking pan, line with 2 criss crossed pieces of parchment paper, leaving an overhang.In a large sucepan, combine butter, marshmallows, sugar, cream, ans salt and cook over medium heat until marshmallows are melted, stirring occassionally, about 8 min. Off heat, stir in vanilla chocolate and nuts until chocolate melts.Pour into prepared pan, cover and refridgerate until set, about 30 min.
