Here is how you make White Chocolate Raspberry Bars:

Preheat oven to 325.Spray a 9x13 inch baking pan with cooking spray, or line with parchment paper.Melt butter in a large microwave-safe bowl for 1 minute; stir. Beat eggs in a large bowl until foamy. Add sugar and beat until light lemon-colored, about 5 minutes.Stir in melted butter and applesauce.Add flour, oats, salt, and almond extract; mix at low speed until combined.Spread 2/3 of batter into prepared pan.Bake at 325 for 20 minutes, until light golden brown around edges. Remove from oven.Spread jam over warm crust.Stir white chocolate chips into the remaining batter.
