Here is how you make Chris' oatmeal cookies:

preheat oven to 350. Grease two cookie sheets. Cream together softened butter, applesauce, brown sugar and white sugar. Then blend in honey, cinnamon,fiber sure, egg, water and vanilla. ( hint: if honey has solidified in bottle, put the water in the bottle and shake. this will allow you to add the honey with the water) Then add the Quick oats, flour, salt, and baking soda. Make sure you break up any lumps in the baking soda. mix well.
