Here is how you make Oatmeal Dream Cookies:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Using an electric mixer, cream together butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla on low speed until smooth. Stir in flour, cinnamon, baking soda and baking powder until blended. Add oatmeal and raisins (orange peel) and continue to stir until blended. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes.Makes 3 1/2 dozen cookies.
