Here is how you make Four Fruit Compote:

Drain pineapple, reserving 3/4 cup of juice. In small pan combine sugar, cornstarch, pineapple juice and lemon juice heat on medium heat and stir until thickened (pudding consistency). Remove from heat an set aside. In a large bowl put pineapple chunks, apples, oranges and bananas. Pour warm sauce over the fruit. Stir gently to coat.
