In food processor, pulse oats until almost flour. Remove from processor. Sprinkle 1/2 of powdered oats over bottom of loaf pan, lined with foil. Combine fruits, honey, and nuts and rinse (moisture needed to "stick" things together). Add cinnamon. Pulse in blender until well mixed and sticky. Pat into prepared pan. Sprinkle more oat powder over mixture. Allow to set. Grasping foil, remove from pan and slice into 6 bars. Dust cut edges with oat powder.
