I have the Williams Sonoma automatic ice pop maker. I made up this recipe based on variations in different magazines. If you don't have one of these gadgets (it was a gift!), you can freeze them the old fashioned way in popsicle molds, but you'll need twice the time to let the first layer freeze before you add the second.

1 peach
1 nectarine
1/2 cup sugar

How Do I Make Fruit Pop?

Here is how you make Fruit Pop:

Blend strawberries and half the sugar and pinch of salt until pureed. Put aside. Chop up peach and nectarine. Blend with rest of sugar and pinch of salt. Strain out skin. Use instant ice pop maker. Pour the pop molds half full of strawberry puree. Let freeze for 9 minutes. Add the Peach mixture. Freeze for an additional 9 minutes.
