Here is how you make RAINBOW JELLO:

Dissolve two packets Knox gelatin in two cups boiling water. Add to coconut milk.Into each flavor of Jello, add 1/2 packet Knox gelatin. Add one cup boiling water to each flavor and stil until dissolved.Grease 13/x/9/2 in pan, then layer gelatin(allow approximately 15 minutes jelling time per payer)Layer as follows: Lime, Milk, Lemon, Milk, Cherry, Milk (each milk layer is 1 cup)Note: This is not hard, but takes a little time because of all the layers and the jelling time...but it is soooo worth it.
