How Do I Make Pecan Biscotti?

Here is how you make Pecan Biscotti:

1.) PreHeat oven to 375 degrees. Grease Pan with nonstick cooking spray.2.) Beat oil, sugar, eggs, and extract til well blended.3.) In seperate bowl mix flour, baking powder, and nuts. Add to wet mixture. Dough will be stiff and sticky.4.) Divide dough in half. Form into logs on backing sheet.5.) Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown. Let cool til you can handle. Cut into 1/2 inch peices with a heavy knife. 6.) Bake cut side down for 6 to 10 minutes then flip and bake another 5 til both cut sides are golden brown.
