Here is how you make Dad's Pie Crust:

In a medium sized bowl, combine first four ingredients with a fork or pastry cutter. Add ~ 1/3 cup cold water and kneed into a smooth bough with your hands. Add a bit more water (1 Tbls at a time) if dough is too dry.Divide dough into two equal parts and roll out between wax paper.
