Pre heat oven to 350. Thaw pie shell. Place Parchment paper on pie shell with rice on top to help hold down the pie so it doesn't bubble. Bake pie shell for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to completely cool.In a large sauce pan, mix 1 egg yolk and 1/3 cup cold water. Add 2 cups of boiling water. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly. When bubbles start to break the surface, continue to boil for 30 seconds while stirring.
