Here is how you make Vinegar Pie:

make pie shell 1st mix flour salt and work in shortening. Once shortening is worked in add cold tap water till dough stirred with a fork makes a ball. Roll out dough on floured surface and place in pie glass or tin ( I spray mine so it want stick) Pre-cook shell just enough that bottom is starting to cook. Next mix together flour, sugar water in a sauce pan, slightly beat eggs and add to pan vinegar butter vanilla and lemon stir over medium heat till slightly thick. pour into shell and bake till crust is browned.
