1/4 cup unmixed instant coffee

1/2 cup maple syrup, light
1/4 cup original soy milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 tablespoons tahini
1 tablespoon light peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon salt


How Do I Make Vegan Blondie?

Here is how you make Vegan Blondie:

Preheat oven to 350 and oil 9x9. Mix the dry ingredients including coffee, set aside. Whisk together wet ingredients, oil, syrup, milk, vanilla, tahini, peanut butter and salt. Add liquid to dry just until the dry is completely moistened. Pour batter into pan and make sure it is evenly spread. Cook on center rack for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
