1. In food processor, process Macadamia nuts. Pour in bowl. I liked it best when it starts to turn gooey. (I only have a chopper!)2. Process dates.3. Mix the nuts and dates in a bowl. Add cocoa powder and vanilla and mix together.Thats it! You can either cool it or eat it as is.
