Soak dates. Drain. Process until smoothProcess dates until smooth. Add to dates. Add vanilla and salt and process until combined.Spread mixture on parchment paper and freeze or refridgerate until firm enough to roll in balls.Roll mixture into balls. Press 1 pecan half onto top of each ball. Combine Baker's chocolate and coconut oil in microwave safe dish. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stiring at each stop, until melted.
