Here is how you make Asian Stirfry:

Heat saute pan with 1/2 tbsp. olive oil. Add chicken cut up into strips. Let it cook until it begins to brown. Add in the vegetables (cut up to your liking). Cook Udon noodles (there is a packet in the bag, just discard, it is loaded with sodium!) - they only take two minutes to cook. Drain them and throw them in the saute pan with the chicken/veggies.Add sauce and mix until it warms up. Plate and enjoy!Serving Size:?1 serving for dinner meal
