Here is how you make Amy's Black Bean Burgers:

Saute garlic, onion and peppers in 1 tbsp olive oil until tender. Mash black beans with masher or pulse in food processor. Mix all ingredients together and pat into 4 patties. Cook until crisp on both sides in remaining olive oil. Makes 4 servings of 1 patty each.You can also just put the mixture in a greased baking dish and then cut into portions.
