Mash the beans well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. The mash should be very thick and should hold well when shaped into a ball. Form into patties 3 inches in diameter and 1/2 inch thick and bake on a greased cookie sheet in a moderate oven (350 degrees F) for about 30 minutes. Turn once while baking. Patties are done when they feel solid. They will be crusty on the outside and soft inside.
