1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed & cut into 2" pcs.(I
sub a frozen bag)
1T olive oil
1 Sm onion, chopped
1 lg garlic clove, minced (I used chopped from jar)
1T white vinegar
1/4c Parmesan cheese
Fresh ground pepper

1. steam beans for 7 min or until just tender. Set aside.
2. In a skillet, heat oil over low heat. Add onion & garlic & saute for 5-5min or until onion in translucent.
3. Transfer beans to a serving bowl & add onion mixture & vinegar, tossing well. Sprinkle with cheese & pepper & serve.
