Pour the olive oil into pot and heat.Add the chopped onions and garlic into the oil and saute.Add the green peppers and the diced tomatoes.Next get 1/2 cup hot water and mix 1 TBSP Tomato Paste and 1/2 ounce red pepper spice in it & blend. Add to pot.Add 1/2 ounce seasalt ( optional ).Bring to boil then lower HEAT to LOW . Cook till Beans get soft around 60 to 90 minutes. After cooking let it cool then refrigerate for a few hours. Serve it Cold with whole wheat Pita bread. THIS DISH IS ALSO AN EXCELLENT LEFTOVER ITEM.
