2 CANS OF FRENCH CUT STYLE GREEN BEANS
7 SLICES TURKEY BACON, DICED
1 ONION, DICED
1 CUP FRESH DICED TOMATO, ABOUT 1 MEDIUM
2 T. EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL, DIVIDED
1/4 CUP SHAVED PARMESAN

Here is how you make COMPANY COUNTRY GREEN BEANS:

Drain green beans and place in small-medium size glass dish. (I used glass loaf pan). Dice onion and tomoato. Cut up bacon into small peices. Heat 1 Tablespoon OF olive oil in non-stick pan, and brown bacon. After browned, remove and drain on paper towel lined plate. Carmelize onion until soft in no more than 1 T of leftover bacon grease. Once soft, combine onion, bacon and tomatoes with beans in dish. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 20 minutes of until fully heated.
