Here is how you make Jenn's Beans:

Drizzle oil in hot kettle. Add chopped onion & kielbasa. Saute until onion is translucent. Add spices, being conservative--you can always add more at the end to spice it up! Open cans of beans and pour out the very top of broth. Empty all cans into kettle & simmer, about 20 minutes. I serve this dish over rice, starting the rice as I am starting the beans, and let the beans simmer until the rice is done. Serve with extra hot sauce and sour cream.
