Salt, 1.5 tsp
*Whole Wheat Flour, 3.25 cup
**Flax Seed, 1 tbsp
**Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp
Sunflower Seeds, without salt, .5 cup, hulled
Oat Bran, .5 cup
Water, tap, 1.5 cup

Here is how you make Easy Whole Wheat, Oat, Flax Bread:

Disolve yeast in .5 C. warm water.In large mixing bowl, combine remaining 1 C. warm water, oil, sugar, salt and 2 C. whole wheat flour and mix well. Gradually add the remaining C. of flour and oat bran, flax seeds, flax meal, and ground sunflower seeds. No kneading is necessary. Punch dough down every 10 minutes for one hour (5 x). Divide dough in half, and roll each half into a rectangle. Tightly roll each piece into a loaf. Place on greased cookie sheet or in greased loaf pans, cover with a clean dish towel, and let rise in a warm place until double (about an hour). Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
