3 c bread flour
3 T Parmesan cheese
1 T dry milk powder
1 T sugar
2 t Italian seasoning
1 1/2 t salt
2 t yeast

*Hormel original pillow pack pepperoni, 8 serving (remove)
Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 8 oz (remove)
Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup (remove)
*2 tsp Italian Seasoning, 8 serving (remove)

Here is how you make Italian Bread (Machine) - PIzza Rolls:

Make the dough in the bread maker. For my breadmaker it means all the wet ingredients in first, followed by the dry mixed together and placed on top except the yeast, reserving the yeast for last to put into a small dug out hole in the center. Once the dough is ready, roll it out to about 1/8" thickness. Brush with olive oil, sprinkle on the italian seasoning, add parm cheese, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni. Carefully roll it and place it on a pizza pan. Brush with melted butter or olive oil. (You could make smaller individual servings of this too and add other ingredients for those that like other flavors!) Bake at 375 for 15-25 minutes, or until top is golden brown and the cheese is visibly melted.
